Kitchen steward wanted in Hisar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Hisar, State of Haryana. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideally you have keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff; basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus). Rotating shifts.
