Sausage maker — Saharsa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Saharsa, State of Bihar. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideally you have food hygiene / HACCP certificate; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. ₹200 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
