Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₹18,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
