Fine-dining server — Kalimpong

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Kalimpong, West Bengal. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers Ideally you have ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform; basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness.
