We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Balod, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
