Assembly operator • Tenkasi district, State of Tamil Nadu

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly operator in Tenkasi district, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based at an automotive parts factory. Day to day you will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. You should bring basic understanding of quality checks and 5S; able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work; previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
