Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code.
