Powder coating technician — Rupnagar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Rupnagar, State of Punjab. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
