Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Bijapur, State of Chhattisgarh. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 1+ years on the tools preferred.
