Press setter operator — Kasaragod District

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Kasaragod District, State of Kerala. Ideally you have basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses; knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout; physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg. Day to day you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components.
