Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Bokaro, State of Jharkhand. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; accurate at weighing and following recipes. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
