Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Ramanagara, State of Karnataka. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideally you have understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
