Prep cook — Sirsa

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Sirsa, State of Haryana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should bring familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
