The role involves apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting.
