Baker — Kannauj

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a busy bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should bring food handler / hygiene certificate; basic cake decorating and piping skills. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
