Motor grader operator — Amravati Division

Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Amravati Division, State of Maharashtra. You will work on a busy construction site. We are looking for awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures; comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise; good depth perception and hand-eye coordination. The role involves: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
