Scullery hand • Mysore, State of Karnataka

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Mysore, State of Karnataka. Ideally you have basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); able to stand on your feet for long shifts. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
