Rebar fixer • Puruliya, West Bengal

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Puruliya, West Bengal. Day-to-day duties: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
