Counter butcher wanted in Bundi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Bundi, State of Rajasthan. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; confident knife skills and safe blade handling.
