We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Kinnaur, State of Himachal Pradesh. The role involves carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. You should bring experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry; keen eye for casting defects during inspection. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
