Cnc setter-operator — Karaikal

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Karaikal, Union Territory of Puducherry. You should bring experience with carbide tooling and insert selection; able to read engineering drawings and GD&T; working knowledge of G-code and M-code. Your main tasks: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Load and index turning tools in the turret 1+ years on the tools preferred.
