Kitchen porter — Kozhikode

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kozhikode, State of Kerala. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
