Join our team: we are hiring a baker in District Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a cake shop. You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
