You should bring follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules; 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites; confident working at height on scaffold and decking. The role involves: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement ₹14,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
