Flatlock machine operator wanted in Mahesana

Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Mahesana, State of Gujarat. You will work on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Your main tasks: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish 2+ years on the tools preferred.
