Shuttering fixer — Cuddalore

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Cuddalore, State of Tamil Nadu. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level The role involves fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₹38,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
