Short order cook • Bharatpur, State of Rajasthan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Bharatpur, State of Rajasthan. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
