Great opportunity: stainless steel welder (State of Tamil Nadu)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Namakkal, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle We are looking for comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances; physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height; sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
