CNC machine operator — Vijayanagar

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Vijayanagar, State of Karnataka. The job is at an injection moulding unit. Day to day you will change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
