Great opportunity: building site helper (Madhya Pradesh)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a building site helper in Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh. You will work with a civil contractor. Day to day you will pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
