Die-casting operator • Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings Ideally you have basic grinding and fettling skills; able to read simple casting drawings and job cards. 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
