Now hiring: elevator service technician (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Jammu, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On a typical shift you will wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. You should bring physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces; willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota. Part-time with flexible hours.
