Oven operator — Nagapattinam

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Nagapattinam, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should bring able to work early-morning and night shifts; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics.
