We are recruiting: we are hiring a route sales agent in Pakur, State of Jharkhand. You will be based at a wholesale market. The role involves plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor; check stock levels and raise reorder requests; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; meet daily and monthly sales targets; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints. Ideally you have comfortable meeting daily sales targets; willing to work on a commission/incentive basis; ready to travel across the assigned territory. Part-time with flexible hours.
