Immediate opening: we are hiring a blocklayer in Shrawasti, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a residential building site. Day to day you will setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
