Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. You should bring sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish); able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks. Your main tasks: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
