Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Physically fit and comfortable working at height On a typical shift you will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site.
