Vacancy available: general labourer (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a general labourer in Samba, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator You should bring wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times; basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
