Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Upper Subansiri, State of Arunachal Pradesh. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. On the job you will handle: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Full-time, day shift.
