Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Nanded, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
