Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Jhargram, West Bengal. You will work on a building construction site. The role involves cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
