Foundry labourer wanted in Jhalawar

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Jhalawar, State of Rajasthan. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture.
