Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Sangli, State of Maharashtra. You will work in a tool room. The role involves: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand We are looking for working knowledge of G-code and M-code; able to read engineering drawings and GD&T. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₹17,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
