Abattoir worker wanted in Janjgir-Champa

Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Janjgir-Champa, State of Chhattisgarh. You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideally you have knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
