Crawler crane operator wanted in Solapur

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Solapur, State of Maharashtra. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. The role involves hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. Ideally you have understanding of hand and radio signals; a good head for heights for tower crane work; physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
