Tandoor cook wanted in Faridkot

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Faridkot, State of Punjab. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideally you have familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
