The role involves load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit.
