Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Nayagarh District, State of Odisha. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around ₹23,000 per month, based on your experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
