We are looking for skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement; able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench. The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer.
