Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Wanaparthy, State of Telangana. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred.
